George Boyd-Gibbins is a highly experienced property solicitor here at BS Singh & Co LLP Solicitors, dealing with all variants of commercial and residential property transactions and landlord and tenant act issues, with an emphasis on property development transactions.

Development agreements, development finance, joint venture agreements and the disposal or acquisitions of newly built units and development sites are areas that George can advise our clients on.

He can also deal with commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals of commercial and residential properties, secured lending transactions and portfolio management. He has a wide range of knowledge and expertise in buying and selling licensed properties and dealing with general licensing matters.

In 2005, George qualified and started working for Clarke Willmott in Bristol, practising in Bristol and the surrounding areas ever since, whilst spending over 10 years at David Wood before working at Cook & Co Solicitors in 2017.
