He has extensive experience representing clients in appeals before the Immigration Tribunal and lodging applications before the Administrative Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court. He is passionate about challenging the law to ensure successful outcomes for his clients and, as a result, Jai has gained a strong reputation in his field.
He has extensive experience in all types of asylum and immigration cases, and has experience in obtaining injunctions and other interim relief orders for those cases requiring urgent action.

He is also experienced in Judicial Review matters and has a specific interest in challenging unlawful immigration detention.
