Gareth Raisbeck is a specialist Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor.

Originally being called to the bar, Gareth cross qualified as a Solicitor in 2012 and has significant experience in advising clients and bringing proceedings before the County Court, High Court and various Tribunals throughout England and Wales. Gareth has a variety of experience in Commercial Litigation, Property Disputes and Debt Recovery and advises on all manner of contract and lease disputes. Gareth often says, if there is a dispute, he has probably dealt with something similar in the past!

In 2017, Gareth was mentioned in Chambers & Partners Associates to Watch. The publication stated “Associate Gareth Raisbeck handles residential and commercial property litigation, with particular expertise in complex, high-value disputes. Interviewees are impressed by his "absolute sense of where the case merits lie."”

Gareth is also an adept advocate, often appearing before Judges at County Courts nationally on behalf of clients. However, Gareth is often engaged early in disputes, and is able to facilitate early settlement and help clients save costs in the long run.

Gareth was previously a Partner at Neath Raisbeck Golding Law until September 2020, whereupon he moved to BS SINGH & CO LLP in the role of Consultant Solicitor. Gareth’s previous roles include being in-house advocate for the largest debt purchaser in Europe, presenting cases before Judges of varying seniority through the country, and being Head of Legal Procedure and Advocacy for a large regional firm.
